Dune View is the ideal property for a family holiday by the sea. This traditional terraced cottage is situated in Beadnell, near to the harbour and only a short walk from beautiful Beadnell Bay.

Close to the local conveniences, Dune View offers comfortable and fully equipped holiday accommodation including three bedrooms, fitted kitchen and a sitting room with an open fireplace. There is an attractive garden to the front and a spacious grassed area to the rear of the property, which guests can use for relaxing in after a day’s sightseeing. The beautiful sandy beach at Beadnell Bay is a simple stroll away along a nearby footpath and there is plenty to see in the surrounding area including picturesque fishing villages, castles, gardens and nature watching opportunities.

Electricity from coin operated meter, starter pack of fuel for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front garden with garden furniture. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Beach 2 mins walk. The pretty harbour village of Beadnell is located next to Beadnell Bay - one of the most stunning stretches of Northumberland's Heritage Coastline. Beadnell was established in Saxon times, and was once an important fishing village and smugglers haven. Today holidaymakers flock to the village for its lovely harbour and the sandy beaches close by. There is a shop and two pubs that serve food conveniently located in this charming seaside location. Just over a mile away is Seahouses with its wider choice of restaurants and shops including a supermarket, and boat trips that run from the harbour to the spectacular birdlife haven of the Farne Islands. Bamburgh and the market town of Alnwick with its impressive castle and gardens, shops, pubs and restaurants is an easy drive away.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
