Moor View is located just a short distance from Alnwick, and is a lovely holiday property that has been refurbished to an excellent standard.

This delightful semi-detached house provides welcoming and cosy accommodation over two floors including four bedrooms; sitting room; modern, well-equipped fitted kitchen and a patio garden for dining outside on balmy summer evenings. The proximity of the market town of Alnwick means that visitors have plenty of things to see and do, and the village of Bamburgh is an easy drive away, with its remarkable church, splendid golf course and access to the Farne Islands. A family holiday to Moor View will be one that you never forget.

Full gas central heating throughout with additional heating from gas fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, colour TV, video, DVD. Small library of book/games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Off road and garage parking for 3 cars. Enclosed patio garden with garden furniture. One well-behaved dog allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, restaurant and pubs 3 mins walk. Alnwick is a town dominated by the famous Alnwick Castle, the seat of the Duke of Northumberland. The Castle Gardens opened in 2002 and are home to Europe's biggest cascading water feature, a huge treehouse, a charming rose garden and a walled ornamental garden. The castle is probably most famous these days as being the setting for Hogwarts School of the Harry Poter films fame. This attractive market town’s narrow streets have changed little, and the Market Place, with its stone cross, is the central feature of the town and the location of the weekly market, held every Saturday. There is a good choice of shops, pubs and eateries in Alnwick, as well as the stunning Northumberland Heritage Coastline, sandy beaches, many more castles, and thrilling boat trips to the birdlife haven of the Farne Islands.

Please remember to include our Booking fee: £34 per week or short break, plus optional Travel Insurance. Change Over Day : Sat Winter Short Breaks are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period. Extra nights are charged pro rata. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods. A 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date. Last Minute Breaks (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'Low', 'Mid', 'High', 'Peak', 'Christmas' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. A 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date.
