These 3 stone built cottages in a short terrace, have recently been modernised to a high standard. Stephen's, Brian's and Dorothy's Cottages are graded 4 stars by Quality in Tourism. Each cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. The cotages have exposed original fireplaces, contemporary kitchens and batton pine doors. French doors open onto a large shared lawn which is ideal for children. Each cottage has oil fired central heating with additional heating from log burning or "real" gas stoves. Shop and Pub 2 miles away.

Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared garden. Sorry no pets. The owners live in the nearby farmhouse where bed and breakfast accommodation is also available.

    • The cottages are surrounded by picturesque countryside - the best of both worlds, coast and country. The famous Alnwick Castle and Alnwick Gardens are 5 miles away. Alnmouth village and beautiful beaches are nearby. Northumberland has something to offer everyone, Castles, Historic National Trust properties, wonderful walking and sporting activities, boat trips to the famous Farne Islands bird sanctuary in additon to Holy Island and the Roman Wall. These cottages are ideally placed to explore all these and more. The cities of Newcastle and Edinburgh are good days out too - you can take the train from Alnmouth inter-city station 1 /12 miles away.
