Riding Farm provides high quality bed & breakfast and self catering accommodation or a mixture of both to suit your needs.
Our accommodation has a relaxed spacious country style, combine with modern luxuries. Fully equipped with high quality furnishings and ensuite bedrooms to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
A Fantastic Location
Delightfully situated on a working farm surrounded by quiet and peaceful countryside, Riding Farm is ideal for family holidays, short breaks or for the business traveller.
Located just 3 miles from the A1M perfect for the North East’s cities of Newcastle Gateshead Durham and Sunderland all within an easy 20 minutes drive away. Beamish Open Air Museum Durham Cricket Ground at Chester le Street and the Angel of the North are on the doorstep. Further a field explore Hadrian’s Wall the Alnwick Gardens and castle and the spectacular Northumberland coastline.
The Farm also has its own network of footpaths cycle ways and bridleways all bursting with wildlife for you to enjoy and explore.
Accommodation
Riding Farm cottages sleep between 2 and 6 persons. All cottages are spacious with facilities including ensuite bedrooms with power shower fully equipped kitchens colour free view TV VCR DVD all linen and towels are provided. There is ample secure parking private patios and gardens with furniture. Bike storage travel cots and high chairs are also available.
We can also provide breakfast food and wine for your stay.
