Greenwich Holiday Cottage is a lovely self-catering house which has been newly modernised throughout. Ideal for your romantic & luxurious holiday or business trip. Excellent summer holiday area lying in the middle of 2012 Olympic venues. The location is very quiet and romantic but just a 5 mins walk to the epicentre of Greenwich which is a vibrant Historic centre where you find an array of eateries, shops, pubs & cinema. Countless number of departmental stores for all your groceries to help with your self-catering. Easy access (mostly a short walk) to 5 different rail/tube/DLR Metro stations including North Greenwich tube station. Excellent Bus network both day & night. Few stops away is the o2 entertainment arena (walk if preferred). Travel to Central London is quick and easy with average journey time of about 15 mins. Local stations are in London travel zone 2 or 3. This holiday villa shows our belief that home is the best place in the world. Enjoy a true home on your holiday.

Full height marble wall & floor tilling. Chrome heated towel rails. Hair dryer. Beautiful romantic living room with fireplace. Dining area with glass tempered dining table and chrome legged chairs. Two other lovely rooms tastefully furnished with King sized and single beds. Each room with LCD TV and satellite connection. Rental inclusive of house linen supply, Central heating, Satellite TV with fully loaded channels etc. Parking available. Phone to all rooms. Ironing facility. Greenwich has an eclectic mix of cinema, shops, eateries, bars and Cafes and a relaxed atmosphere. Restaurants in the lively Greenwich centre are plentiful and open till very late.
Local attractions include the Cutty Sark, Maritime Museum and Royal Observatory are The Greenwich antique market and the famous Royal Park. Others include The Trinity Music college, Sailing clubs, Comedy theatre, Old Royal Naval College and Eltham Palace. Walk to the o2 entertainment zone. This is the largest fabric structure in the world containing one million sq ft of fabric. In nearby Woolwich is the Firepower (Artillery) Museum, Greenwich Heritage centre, Youth theatre. A bus ride down the road is the Thames barrier (a unique and incredible feat of engineering that stretches 1/3mile across the Thames River built in 1983 to stop the River Thames flooding).
EXCELLENT TRANSPORT LINK. Five rail/tube stations closeby are in London travel zones 2 or 3.

Prices are subject to Change at owner's discretion. However prices at time of securing booking will stand. For bookings made more than 6 weeks before arrival date, a 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is to be paid on or before 6 weeks prior to arrival date. For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival date, the total balance must be made to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable. However every effort will be made to relet the apartment. If fully successful, payment excluding deposit will be refunded.
A refundable security deposit of 120 (GBP) is payable at/before check in. This is refunded at or within ten working days of check out if no damage to property or content or excessive cleaning needs.
Discount usually available for bookings of up to two weeks. Please enquire. Check in/out flexible BUT Check in time is from 14.00hrs and Check out time by 11.00hrs. Ask about our other apartments.
