    All payments can be made by international bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Delta Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques, traveller's cheques, or foreign currency. To confirm the apartment booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rental amount. Authority to debit a deposit equal to 1 week's rental must be signed on arrival which will be held (but not debited) until end of stay, when charges for any laundry of bed and bath linen required, cleaning (if necessary, at £8 per hour), telephone and any other legitimate expenses will be debited. If a cancellation is made within 6 weeks of arrival we will deduct the full rent, although a refund may be made subject to re-letting for the same period. Rates are subject to change without notice. Please email to confirm rates. No further taxes.
