Vacation Rental Description

Pinnacle is a recently built detached property in a cul-desac with other 3 detached villas. It is a single storey building with large 4 Bedrooms in the heart of Historic Thamesmead / Greenwich. Sleeps 9/10 persons. It comprises of a reception Room; large lounge/living room; and a large open-plan kitchen. The master bedroom comes with an en-suite. There is also a separate bathroom with power shower and toilet at the top floor and separate toilet at the ground floor. Toilets floors are laid in wooden flooring, kitchen flooring is in vinyl and the rest of the floors are in rugs. It is beautifully furnished with a mixture of modern furniture & antiques. The garden is vast, and would be suitable for recreational and social purposes.

There is excellent access to other London Tourist Attractions via the integrated transport network of tube / train / Dockland Light Railways (DLR) and buses. Pinnacle is only 5minutes walk from the bus stop.

THERE IS 1 FREE DAILY TO & FRO TRANSPORTATION TO WOOLWICH ARSENAL STATION FOR GUESTS TO CONNECT DLR TO CITY AIRPORT, EXCEL, CANARY WHARF, CANNING TOWN & CITY.

Woolwich Arsenal train stations is approximately 8 minutes drive from Pinnacle. For those adventorous, there is a ferry crossing the Thames river at Woolwich to North Woolwich for a bus or train connection to City Airport, Excel, Canary Wharf, Canning Town & City. However, historic Greenwich is approximately 13 minutes from Woolwich Arsenal station via surface train.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. DEPOSIT, PAYMENT METHODS Booking is done on a first come first serve basis. A 20% non refundable deposit of booking fees would be require to get a confirmed booking. The remaining balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. Should the arrival date be less than 28 days from the booking date, full payment is required upon confirmation of booking. A £200 security deposit is required prior to check-in. This is refundable at check-out where no damage occurred or bill incurred. However, where damages occur or bills such telephones incurred, it will require approximately 10 days to establish cost of damage (Depending on extent of damage) or bill. BOOKING CAN ONLY BE FULLY CONFIRMED ONCE ALL PAYMENTS HAS BEEN FULLY PAID. CANCELLATION AFTER CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING SHALL BE SUBJECT TO RE-LETTING PROPERTY FOR THE SAID PERIOD .
