No refund can be made for a cancellation within 28 days of your arrival. The full amount is payable on reservation made 4 weeks or less before arrival. Telephone reservations will be held for 4 days. Holiday properties are available from 4PM on the day of your arrival to 10AM on the day of departure. Non-payment of the balance due, will be treated as a cancellation.
