Vacation Rental Description

The Apartment is set within a large Victorian property.
There are two bedrooms one double and a further two single bedrooms with single beds. We can accommodation a further person in a put you up in the lounge if you require.

The accommodation is clean and quiet with gas central heating.

The kitchen is fully kitted out with all the necessities, including washing machine, microwave.

The bathroom has shower attachment within the bath itself. w.c. and basin also within the bathroom.
There is a further w.c. room with basin.

There is parking at the front of the property, off road.

The property has recently undergone a redecoration throughout.

It is within easy walking distance to Honor Oak Park, Forest Hill, and Catford train stations. We are also ideally located for the South East's many attractions, including Hstings, Bridghton, Eastbourne and the South Coast. There are many historical places to visit in the South East as well as all there is to offer in London itself. Leeds Castle, Canterbury and Battle (where the battle of Hastings took place) are all within easy reach. Greenwich is a short distance away from the apartment, which has its markets, Royal Observatory and Maritime Museum as well as the Cutty Sark. From Greenwish you can catch the River bus to take you either way, up the river. Many stops to the London Attractions, including London Eye, Tower of London, St Pauls Cathredral and Tate Modern. Crystal Palace is a few miles away with many restaurants and eateries.

Rental Rates

				Low Season Price:	£425 per Week
				High Season Price:	£550 per Week

1/3rd of the total holiday cost plus the deposit due to secure booking. The Rest of the rental fee, is due eight weeks prior to arrival. We also require £50 per week stay to cover for services. (The meters are read on arrival and read again on departure). If the services cost is less than the amount taken, we would offer a refund. If the services are more after the meters have been calculated, we would then charge the difference. Refundable breakages deposit of £100 per week booked is required prior to arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). If the booking period is less than eight weeks away, the total rental fee and breakages required on booking. Lets are normally Saturday to Saturday. Long Lets are welcome, enquire for rates for longer lets.
