Located in the Kings Cross area and within walking distance of the City and the West End with Art Galleries, Museums , Theatres etc. 
This is a studio apartment with a double bedroom separated by a curtain from the kitchen/sitting/dining areas with a double bed settee and 2 bed chairs making it ppossible to sleep 6 people. 
There is free view TV, Broadband, DVD player and full central heating. There is a separate laundry room. No smoking or pets! 
 
This is a terraced house built around 1825. It is a 4 storey listed building ie. considered to be of historic interest. We own the whole house. The apartment is at semi- basement level so that although it is located on a very busy London street it is surprisingly quiet inside. The bedroom is to the rear of the house and so quiet. The garden is small with a table for sitting outside. There is a park nearby for children. Coram fields park with the Foundling hospital museum is about 5 minutes walk.

    • Travel Info: Many museums and galleries are within easy walking distance; The well known ones such as the British Museum, Barbican, The National Gallery, Tate Modern, West End Theatres as well as the less well know - Charles Dickens museum, London Dungeons etc A walk along the banks of the river Thames and the famous cultural centre 'the South Bank' are a 'must'. The new British Library, and the new Eurostar terminal are within 5 minutes walk of the flat - a day trip to Paris is easy at 2 hours 10 minutes each way! There are many local pubs and restaurants and London Zoo is only a short distance by underground or bus.

    £600 per week throughout the year up to We require a 20% deposit to confirm the booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. We take a deposit of £120 against cleaning and damage to the property and any outstanding banking charges. This will be refunded by PayPal after departure after cleaning services have been assessed. We are not draconian but we have had some bad experiences with mess left behind! We accept payment by internet bank transfer to our UK account, PayPal or by transfer directly into either our French account in Euros or New Zealand dollars to our NZ account and so possibly save on Bank Transfer Fees - just ask us about it. We have found that often the easiest and cheapest solution for overseas visitors is to pay the reservation deposit by PayPal and to look at making an overseas bank transfer for the balance.
