Vacation Rental Description
Our house is a fantastically spacious family home with a wonderful
south-facing garden, right in the heart of North London. The house is
a beautiful Georgian property with stunning proportions throughout,
full of original period features, including marble fireplaces in all the
rooms. The house boasts incredibly high ceilings, a huge and fully
equipped kitchen/diner that opens out on to our lovely sunny garden,
with outside eating and bbq area.
The beautiful and very comfortable living room is light and spacious
with high ceilings and doors out to the garden. We are fully equipped
with all the games/tv/digital channels/blu-ray and wii games for all the family to
play and of course with all the top of the range technology in which to watch
the games, including a wonderful HD projector and remote control screen. It really
will bring the games right into the living room so if you haven't actually got tickets,
don't worry, you can still be a part of the show and enjoy the complete Olympic experience.
Upstairs, over the next two floors are the bedrooms. There are four
double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with a really comfy pull-out extra
bed. All the bedrooms are large and light with lovely views. The
house also has three bathrooms and a downstairs toilet with utility
room.
Our house is perfectly situated for all your needs, with the essence of
London right on your doorstep, buzzing with all the amenities of the
Holloway Road for excellent shopping, cafes and bars. To see London at
it's most cosmopolitan, the high streets of swanky Islington and groovy
Camden are also only 10 minutes away, with many more excellent
restaurants, pubs and shops . To get to the heart of central London and
the West End, it's only 15 minutes on the underground from the
Caledonian Road tube station - 5 minutes walk up the road. And for the
Olympic Park, it's only 20 minutes on the overland train from door to
door.
This really is the perfect homely family house for those visitors
looking to enjoy the heart of London living with the excitement of the
Olympic Games.
We would accept a minimum 3 week booking, 50% Deposit to hold the rental
with the balance 30 days before arrival. £1500 damage deposit upon
arrival - with the damage deposit returned minus any calls made 14 days
