A deposit of 25% is required on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before your visit or immediately if booking is made within 6 weeks of your visit. In addition to the Rate there is a refundable security bond equivalent to 1 weeks rent. This is fully refundable within 5 days of departure once we have checked to see that all has been left in good condition, with no damage or loss . Minimum Rental Fee £500
Payment is accepted by Bank Transfer, Paypal or by Visa/ Mastercard (a supplementary charge of 3.8% is made).

Great help from owners, clean comfortable 1 bed apartment, with a top location for bars, restaurants and getting around Central London. Will be staying again as why book an hotel in future?
