This superbly located family home was redesigned five years ago by award winning architects and featured in the 'Sunday Times' Magazine. Although stylish, the emphasis is still very homely and child friendly (we live here most of the year). From an unusually light and spacious living room, sliding glass doors open out onto a courtyard with outdoor dining with heater. 
 
The rear of the coach house opens out onto a private cobbled mews. There is one double bedroom with an ensuite luxury bathroom and two further bedrooms (one single and one double bed). The Grade II listed townhouse is set in a conservation area of Georgian London and whilst very quiet, the busy and vibrant neighbourhoods of Islington and Clerkenwell are just five minutes away, offering theatres, cinemas, a fantastic range of shops, bars and restaurants. With Kings Cross tube also only a few minutes walk away this is the ideal hub for almost anywhere in London.

    We are within 5 minutes walk of several open air markets - Exmouth market has lots of trendy bars and restaurants and outside food stall market at lunchtimes. Chapel market is a lively fruit and vegetable market with clothes and household goods trading every day except Monday. Camden passage is a small antiques market at the weekends.

    Rates depend on number of people, length of stay and the season. These range between £160-£250 per night. 50% of rental required at booking. Remaining 50% plus £200 deposit required 1 month prior to rental.We charge a non refundable £30 laundry fee and £30 cleaning fee for each rental.
