				Low Season Price:	£350 per Week
				High Season Price:	£400 per Week

1-2 weeks £400 per week 3+ weeks £350 per week 10+ weeks £300.00 per week. 5 days £320.00 4 days £280.00 3 days £250.00 3 months or more the price is £250.00 per week. Extra nights are charged at the pro rata. The price includes all bills and its nothing else to pay. 50% of the total cost must be paid as a deposit in order to secure a firm booking. This must be done in advance either by credit/debit card (Paypal), bank transfer, bankers draft or money order in Stirling pounds or euros. The remaining 50% must be paid cash on arrival. In shorter stays than 6 weeks the full amount should be paid to confirm a booking. There is also a £100 security deposit which must be paid. This will be returned in full, provided there is no damage or breakages. Check-in time: 2pm Check-out time: 10am These times are flexible depending on the arrival/departure times of arriving/departing guests. Please notice you need to pay for the bank or credit card charges.
