    Booking - full payment on booking to confirm is required. CANCELLATION For a cancellation notified at least 90 days before the arrival day, the total amount of the booking deposit minus £100 will be refunded. For a cancellation between 30 days and 89 days of the beginning of the rental period, 25% of the booking fee will be charged. For a cancellation within 30 days of the beginning of the rental period, 50% of the booking fee will be charged. SECURITY DEPOSIT A £250 security deposit will normally be required 30 days before and shall be returned within 10 days depending on eventual occurrence of damage to the property or its furnishings. In the event of soiled blanket, mattress or bedding, the cost of cleaning or replacing will be charged to the security deposit.
