Very close to Chelsea and Fulham - 10 min from station and 2 min from buses. 
This is a beautiful 4 bedroom house in a good area with a large private patio area with outdoor seating and a barbecue. There is also a separate balcony overlooking the river Thames. It has 4 bedrooms - 3 double rooms and one single bedroom. With a fold away bed in lounge it can sleep up to 9 adults. A separate fully equipped kitchen. Large lounge with 3 sofas and a dining table (plus separate round table and stools) Leading to a sunny sun lounge and the private patio. There is an en suite bathroom, main bathroom with bath and toilet and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The house is fully furnished and comes with flat screen TV in the lounge with Sky, DVD, VHS and Stereo (CD), and a selection of DVD's and VHS films. Free internet access with Desktop Computer is included at NO extra cost, Quality bedding and towels provided.  
 
Plantation Wharf is besides the riverside between Battersea and Wandsworth Bridge. Within 5 minutes walk to the Heliport and 10 min to Clapham Junction Station. Main Bus routes are less than 2 minutes walk. There are many local restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance.

    BOOKING CONDITIONS Full amount payable on booking for a confirmed reservation. SECURITY DEPOSIT A £250 security deposit will normally be required 30 days before and shall be returned within 10 days depending on eventual occurrence of damage to the property or its furnishings. In the event of soiled blanket, mattress or bedding, the cost of cleaning or replacing will be charged to the security deposit. CANCELLATION * For a cancellation notified at least 90 days before the arrival day, the total amount of the booking deposit minus £100 will be refunded. * For a cancellation between 30 days and 89 days of the beginning of the rental period, 25% of the booking fee will be charged. * For a cancellation within 30 days of the beginning of the rental period, 50% of the booking fee will be charged.
