Everything was 10/10. The size of the apartment and it's inclusions and furnishings were great. It was very close to the Tube station in Balham, which made for a quick and easy trip into town. Best of all there was a very large supermarket 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Thanks for providing such a great home away from home for us. The facilities in the apartment were good. The location and accessibility to public transport are excellent. There is a garden with 1st class furniture. In short, good location and arrangement.

We live in Balham, in SW London & are specialists in short term lets in the area. We are continually expanding our portfolio of holiday lets to accommodate the needs of not only holidaymakers, but other people who require stays from as little as 3 nights such business executives, those visiting family in Balham/Clapham/Streatham/Tooting/Colliers Wood, or people temporarily requiring a home due to improvements being made to their own & even those who've been unfortunate enough to be forced out of their homes due to accidental damages like fire. Whatever your reason, our comfortable and clean 'home from homes' will provide the high level short term accommodation you require. All of our apartments are within 20 minutes of the centre of London and very close to a Tube or Rail station, or both.
Mike bought his first flat in London about 12 years ago - this is now known as 'Fernlea View'. I emigrated from Canada in 2001 and we have both stayed living in the heart of Balham because we love the vibe of it and the excellent transportation links into Central London. Victoria station is only 11 minutes away on the overground train and we can get to the West End in 15 minutes.
All our our London holiday lets are done to the same high standards and are kept immaculately clean. We take great pride in what we do and draw from a combined 40 years of working in the travel industry. Mike has his own property development company, specialising in basement conversions (Balham Basement Company), so it's easy for me to ensure that all of our places are kept up whilst I concentrate on everything else that is required to provide a comfortable 'home from home' for our guests.
In addition to operating holiday lets in South West London, where we live, we also have a lovely characterful cottage is the Sierra de Aracena in Spain, just northwest of Seville. We love the lush green mountains in this unique area of Spain that doesn't get dry and burnt out like the rest does. It's great for walking, good food & wine and experiencing the 'real Spain'. We try to stay in Casa Castano as often as possible. We walk from little village to village, stopping for tapas and a beer and then, tired out, enjoy the great views from our large roof terrace whilst listening to the birds. In the winter, spring and autumn we always have a real wood fire burning. It's the ultimate place to chill out!
