Prices are subject to Change at owner's discretion. However prices at time of securing booking will stand. For bookings made more than 6 weeks before arrival date, a 30% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is to be paid on or before 6 weeks prior to arrival date. For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival date, the total balance must be made to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable. However every effort will be made to relet the apartment. If fully successful, payment excluding deposit will be refunded. A refundable security deposit of 100 (GBP) is payable at/before check in. This is refunded at or within ten working days of check out if no damage to property or content or excessive cleaning needs. Discount usually available for bookings of up to two weeks. Please enquire. Check in/out flexible BUT Check in time is from 14.00hrs and Check out time by 11.00hrs. Ask about our other apartments.
