•The cosy lounge has an open fire, and TV / Freeview.

First floor:  
•One the first floor is one double bedroom, one with full size bunk beds which can be used as 2 singles.•The cottage sleeps 6 people but we also have a full size temporary bed for an extra person if needed, and double sofa bed in lounge. 
•A new fully equipped bathroom with shower over the bath is also on the first floor.

Services: •The cottage has oil fired central heating throughout, at no extra cost, but electricity is metered and pound coins are needed. •We have ample parking spaces in the enclosed Coach House yard, surrounded by lawned gardens and a childrens play area and sand pit.•At the back of the cottage there is a private garden overlooking open fields, equipped with patio, barbecue and garden furniture. •Fresh milk, eggs, home-made bread and cakes are available as well as a warm welcome from Rosy who will meet you on your arrival with the door key.
