Main Description
Cow Close Farm is situated on the edge of the peak District and dates back to the 17th century. The farmhouse and cottage called The Saltings surround a pretty courtyard and form part of the tiny hamlet of Overgreen.There are extensive views over the surrounding countryside beyond the acre of lovely gardens.
The location is easily accessible being only 4 miles from Chesterfield.
The Saltings is a single storey conversion having recently been renovated to a high standard. The accomodation comprises of a double bedroom and a single bedroom, a lounge/dining room, modern kitchen and a bathroom with a bath and shower.
The lounge is comfortably furnished to include a TV DVD Vidio and CD stereo. The Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave and fridge.
The Saltings is fully central heated and has its own boiler to control the heating and hot water.
All bed linen and towels are provided, there are separate laundry facilities.
There is plenty of off road parking close to the cottage
The saltings has its own cottage garden ideal for enjoying a glass of wine on a summer evening.
Well behaved pets are very welcome by arrangement.
