Newly refurbished in 2010, all villas have air conditioned living rooms, and with 3 bedrooms can sleep up to 5 people in comfort. Choose from 5 Superior Villas and 5 Superior Plus Villas for your self- catering family holiday or short stay.  
We offer a highest quality of Accommodation available at the Park. All our villas have Air conditioning in the lounge/diner, with TV/DVD/ freeview, fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, bathroom with shower The master bedroom has a private balcony, further twin and single sleeps 5 Outside decking/furniture, bike storage. All of the villas have been given new furniture, linens and carpets to make sure your stay is like home from home, allowing you to relax and enjoy your holiday on the East Anglian sunshine coast.  
 
Waterside Park has also been refurbished this season, with the completion of renovations to the outside heated pool, and a new bar and restaurant with children’s play area. On site facilities also include a grocery shop and hair and beauty salon for your stay.

Superior plus self catering accommodation with a home from home feel and welcome pack for arrival The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. It also has its own balcony with furniture. The twin bedroom has a chest of drawers and bedside cabinet, while the single room has a bedside cabinet. Beds will be made ready for your arrival.Towels are provided. The lounge has air con, leather sofas to relax in and watch the flat screen freeview TV/DVD, with iPod dock. A dining table and chairs are there for your comfort at meal times. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and coffee maker A full set of crockery, cutlery and additional cooking utensils washing/dryer with ironing board, iron and a clothes airer. Outside on the decked table and chairs for the summer evenings. Storage is provided that will take 4 bikes a and parking is behind the villa

The Parks refurbishment of all its facilities to make your stay more enjoyable. The bar and restaurant offer a comfortable venue for a meal or drink, with views out over the Suffolk and Norfolk coastline. The children’s play area is just outside the club together with a decked area, the outside swimming pool is heated and the bar has free Wi-Fi. All complemented by grocery shop and the hair/beauty salon on site 
Corton is the ideal base to explore Suffolk and Norfolk, and its picturesque coastline. The local bus stop is directly outside our entrance, and has good links to nearby Lowestoft a traditional seaside resort Gorleston and Great Yarmouth, which are also easily reachable by car with plenty of parking available.
