This end-terrace cottage is situated in the town of Halesworth in Suffolk and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

Vine Cottage is a lovely end-terrace cottage set in the market town of Halesworth. This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a ground floor family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and woodburning stove. Parking is available nearby and there are many attractions close by which makes Vine Cottage ideal for families and friends who wish to explore the area.

Facilities

Electric storage heaters with additional heating from woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with FreeSat. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Parking in local church car park, weekly permit costs £10 and weekend permit costs £5 (available from local newsagent). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Note: There is no garden at this property. Note: Due to its age, this property has sloping bedroom floors.

				High Season Price:	£536 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
