This end terraced cottage has a double room and a room with adult bunks, and a shower room on the ground floor. There is also a fitted kitchen, and a sitting room with a dining area and a double sofabed for added flexibility. Outside is a charming front lawned garden with furniture and a summerhouse, and off road parking for 2 cars. With Ipswich, Alton Water, Sutton Hoo and more within easy reach, 12a East Row makes a charming base for family or friends.

An attractive Suffolk village in a rural area of Suffolk, Holbrook is set just 6.5 miles from Ipswich. Alton Water reservoir is on the outskirts of Holbrook, and offers activities such as sailing, diving and windsurfing, as well as fishing and an on-site café. Easily reached from Holbrook are the Pin Mill on the River Orwell, Framlingham Castle, Long Melford Hall and Sutton Hoo.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
