This end-terraced cottage is located in the village of Corton near Lowestoft in Suffolk and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Number 63 is an end-terraced cottage located in the Sufffolk village of Corton near Lowestoft. The cottage has three bedrooms, two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite, and one bunk bedroom, as well as a family bathroom making it ideal for six people. Also included are a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 2 cars, a covered porch and shared lawned area, plus shared use of an outdoor swimming pool (May to Sept), gym, pitch-and-putt golf and on-site facilities. Number 63 is within a short drive of family attractions in both Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft making it an ideal base for a family holiday.

Pub 5 mins walk. Note: The holiday park is securely fenced from the cliff-side. Note: Max. 4 adults.

Activities

Corton is a coastal village between Great Yarmouth in Norfolk and Lowestoft in Suffolk. Great Yarmouth offers a pier theatre, sandy beach with funfair, arcades and Yarmouth racecourse. Lowestoft has an award winning Blue Flag sandy beach, a popular annual air show and the nearby attraction Africa Alive.

				Low Season Price:	£285 per Week
				High Season Price:	£600 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
