This semi detached studio apartment is located in the village of Coddenham in Suffolk and sleeps two people.

The Studio is a studio cottage apartment attached to the owner’s home in the village of Coddenham near to Stowmarket in Suffolk. The cottage sleeps two people and has a double bed, a small kitchenette and a sitting area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture. Ideal for a couple looking for a romantic break away, or for two people wishing to explore this part of East Anglia, The Studio is bound to please.

The village of Coddenham in Suffolk is surrounded by rolling fields and has narrow, twisting roads edged with painted cottages. Visit the local market towns of Stowmarket and Needham Market and within easy driving distance is Bury St Edmunds with its abbey, priory gardens and good shopping.

				High Season Price:	£408 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
