This cottage is all on one level with solid oak floors queen size bed walk in wet room it disabled friendly with wide doors level door threshold etc quality oak fitted kitchen fridge and cooker etc everything like towels heating bedlinen are included . outside there is a large area to sit or play and plenty of car parking space we also have a secure lockup for bicycles

nearby there is plenty of places to visit the wool town of Lavenham with its old timber framed houses and tea shops Bury St Edmund's with its cathedral and abbey Gardens the heritage coast is only a short drive hear you will find aldborugh with its famous fish and chip shop a little further is London Norwich Cambridge all within about an hours driving.

eating there are lots of pubs restaurants very near in Ipswich there is everything from Italian to kebabs
