On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room pleasantly furnished with comfortable seating, colour TV, video and electric flame fire. Leading into country style kichen/ dining room with electric cooker, hob, fridge with icebox, microwave, table & chairs. Utility area with washing machine. Cloakroom with washbasin & wc. Prospect Cottage has cottage-style stairs which are quite steep in keeping with a property of this age,therefore the property is not considered suitable for guests with a disability.3 bedrooms:- Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with adult-size bunk beds. Bedroom 3 a small room with a single bed. bathroom with bath, washbasin and wc. Well behaved pet welcome.

£100 Non refundable deposit payable on booking and remainder 6 week before the period booked. if booked 6 weeks or less before date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking. All funds must have cleared the bank before taking up occupation. A charge of £15.00 per pet per week and £10.00 per pet per short break. Prices include bedding, heating & power. Payment by cheque.

90% 5 nights
