Vacation Rental Description

Teme Villa is a comfortable 3 storey house in a quiet location. We aim to offer a home from home holiday experience and have equipped the house to a high standard.

There is a comfortable lounge with TV and DVD player and also a selection of books, games and DVD's for you to use.]

The kitchen is modern and is fully equipped to a high standard. We provide washing up liquid and dishcloths.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, a double, a twin and a bunk bed room. All the beds are made up for your arrival and towels and flannels are left on the the beds. We just as you to bring your own beach towels. The fourth bedroom on the top floor has an en-suite shower room twin beds.

The main bathroom on the first floor has a bath and over bath shower. We provide toilet paper and soap.

There is a mediterranean style garden with table, chairs and parasol. There is a BBQ and washing line.

The house is less than 2 minutes from the main street where you will find plenty of local shops and restaurants and the beach is less than a 5 minute walk.

Sheringham has an excellent golf course and many other attractions including a steam railway line and a theatre.

If you have children there is plenty to do and we provide buckets and spades, high chair, travel cot, potty and even a basic buggy!

Teme Villa is a versatile property that can easily accommodate a family of 8, but can also feel comfortable and cosy for smaller parties.

Our kitchen is fitted to a high standard with plenty of crockery and generously sized saucepans. We provide tea towels, dish cloths and washing up liquid. There are towels and flannels for use of the guests although we do ask you to bring your own beach towels. There is soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms. For our younger guests there is a high chair, travel cot, potty and step and also the use of a basic buggy. There is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms and all the beds are made up for your arrival.

Sheringham is very proud of its Steam Railway line and there is a regular service throughout the year.

There is plenty to do in the town with the many shops and restaurants and amusements. There are also plenty of beaches not only in Sheringham but in the surrounding area.

The beautiful Georgian town of Holt is only a 6 mile drive away or you could visit by using the steam railway.

Blakeney is only a short drive away and there are regular trips out to see the seals. Cley Spy offers unique opportunities for bird watching on the salt marshes.

We require a £100.00 non refundable deposit when booking and the balance is then due to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. We accept cash or cheques. We are able to offer short breaks during the non peak weeks. Please ask. Short breaks are available for a minimum of a three night stay and prices start from £85 per night. Short breaks over the Christmas period are £120 per night - also a minimum of a three night stay. All enquiries and requests will be considered, please ask. WE HAVE A STRICT NO SMOKING AND NO PETS POLICY
