A delightful thatched bungalow set away from the main road on the banks of the River Bure with open views across and along the river. Private mooring and fishing from the garden to both the river and dyke.

South facing lounge with river views. French doors to large, decked verandah and garden. Well fitted kitchen and dining area.
Three bedrooms; one double and two singles. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Bathroom with WC, basin, bath and power shower.

The garden has many seating areas from which to enjoy the views, read a book or eat outside. A barbeque is supplied.
Large timber garden shed with electricity, bait fridge and storage.

TV and video, washing machine, pay telephone, microwave, glorious location, parking for two cars (approx 70 meters), £1 electric meter, electric fires. Bed linen provided.

Fishing permitted in season from the garden. Rowboat.

Sorry, no pets here. This is a non-smoking property.
