Sleeping seven people in three bedrooms, this detached flint cottage is in the village of East Ruston.

The Cottage is a detached flint and brick cottage in the village of East Ruston, 10 miles from Wroxham. The cottage has two doubles, a twin room with additional pull out stacker bed, and a ground floor bathroom. There is also a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with woodburning stove, a snug and a conservatory. Outside is an enclosed garden with summerhouse, and a gate leads to the bridge over the small stream and onto Weavers Way, a footpath running through the village. The Cottage offers welcoming family accommodation within easy reach of the Broads, coastline, towns and villages of the area.

East Ruston is a village near the Norfolk Broads and within easy reach of the Norfolk coast, around 10 miles from the town of Wroxham. The village has a pub serving food, and the Weavers Way passes through it. The village also has open areas of common land popular with walkers.

				High Season Price:	£753 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
