Anchor Cottage is a detached bungalow in the seaside town of Caister-on-Sea, three miles from Great Yarmouth in Norfolk. This cottage sleeps four people and has two double bedrooms as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for 2 cars, a front lawned garden and a rear lawned garden with patio, pond, furniture and BBQ. Anchor Cottage is an ideal base for visiting attractions in Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and the Norfolk Broads.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front lawned garden. Rear enclosed lawned garden with patio, fenced pond, furniture and BBQ. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: There is a fenced pond in the garden, please ensure children and dogs are supervised at all times.

Activities

The seaside town of Caister-on-Sea is set three miles from Great Yarmouth and 21 miles from Norwich. The town boasts sandy beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants. There are many attractions in Great Yarmouth and nearby Lowestoft. The Norfolk Broads are also close by, which means there is something for everyone close to Caister-on-Sea.

				Low Season Price:	£228 per Week
				High Season Price:	£478 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
