This modern Scandinavian open plan lodge is located on the Kenwick Park Estate near Louth in Lincolnshire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

No 39 Kenwick Woods is a modern Scandinavian open plan lodge, nestled within the 80 acre Kenwick Woods, on the 320 acre Kenwick Country Park Estate near to Louth in Lincolnshire. With two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and one twin, this cottage can sleep up to six people. There is an additional family bathroom and a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting area with French doors opening onto a veranda which contains garden furniture. On site are a heated indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym and squash and tennis courts, at extra cost. There is also an 18-hole golf course and a beauty salon for which there is an additional charge. Ideal for people who fancy a bit of get up and go on their holiday, No 39 Kenwick Woods is a fantastic holiday home in a wonderful location.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Veranda with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles, beach 16 miles. Note: The check in time at this property is 4pm. Note: Use of the on-site heated indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym, golf course, beauty salon, tennis and squash courts and attending classes are subject to a small daily charge. Note: Compulsory towel hire is available should you choose to use the leisure facilities for £1.50 per person per day with a £4 refundable deposit. Towels are not to be taken out of the lodge.

The market town of Louth is three miles away, in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The historic county town of Lincoln is within easy reach with its wonderful cobbled streets, cathedral and castle. Horncastle is an antique lover's dream, while Woodhall Spa, a beautiful inland resort, provides a host of activities and things to do for all the family in addition to its world renowned championship golf course.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
