Stable Cottage is situated on the Norfolk coast in the village of East Runton. It was originally converted in 1985 from stables belonging to another of our large luxury cottages, Incleborough House. In March 2008, Stable Cottage was tastefully converted into a high-quality luxury holiday cottage accommodating six people, ideal for a luxury break at the weekend or a holiday to Norfolk at any time. The cottage has a nine-foot high grade II-listed 'crinkle-crankle' flint wall, which encloses the beautiful south-facing rear garden containing the luxurious hot tub.

This luxury cottage near Cromer, Norfolk, has a gated private gravel driveway catering for up to five cars. The luxury oak-floored entrance hall leads to the luxury equipped kitchen diner, a cloakroom, a sumptuous lounge and ground-floor luxury bedroom. An oak stairway leads to the first floor where there is a large bedroom containing a six-foot oak bed with a luxurious pocket sprung mattress, a shower room and a twin-bedded room with a luxury en-suite bathroom. The ground floor bedroom has bespoke oak furniture and a six-foot bed with a luxury pocket sprung mattress, which can be unzipped to make twin beds. All three luxury bedrooms have hairdryers, LCD televisions with DVD players, Sky and their own luxury surround-sound stereo systems.

The computer is connected to broadband internet at no additional cost and there is also WiFi available throughout the cottage and walled garden. There is a remote real flame gas fire with bespoke stone fire place, surround-sound stereo system, DVD and 42” plasma TV with full Sky+ package. The patio doors offer a panoramic view of the spectacular secluded south-facing walled garden, with luxury patio furniture, hot tub and outside shower. The luxury hot tub, which is set within a thatched canopy, is automatically heated to a perfect 38°c 24 hours a day, allowing you to enjoy an indulgent bubbly massage at any time and let your stresses just fade away. The mature garden has a Mediterranean flavour and has been carefully designed to extend the indulgent experience, which includes the luxury gas BBQ and automatic designer lighting for evening al-fresco dining and entertaining. At the end of the walled garden there is a small children's playroom "Tack Room', with easy access, equipped with a sofa, Playstation 2, TV, football table and many games. There is also an outdoor table tennis table for more energetic guests.
