Just 3 miles from the North Norfolk coast The Willows holiday cottage is ideally located for your Norfolk holiday adventures. Situated in the sleepy rural hamlet of Lower Street near Southrepps, the cottage has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and now offers luxury accommodation at an affordable price. The Willows Cottage is available Friday to Friday.  
 
Once two dwellings, The Willows is now a delightfully quirky two-bedroom cottage boasting two large bedrooms, two staircases and two Inglenook fireplaces. Outside there is off-road parking and a garden 
 
Whether you want to explore the famous Norfolk heritage coastline or head inland to The Broads, the cottage is the perfect base to return to each evening. The village is well- serviced with two local pubs that serve excellent food, a village shop and a post office.  
 
Inside.... 
Dining room - Ample room for 4 to dine comfortably, a delightfully restored Inglenook fireplace with Norfolk pamment tiled hearth. A well stocked variety of books on wildlife, birds, photography and Norfolk walks is kept on the bookcase. 
Lounge - Large Inglenook with log burning stove (logs provided,) two comfortable sofas, occasional tables, Flat screen TV with Freeview & Digital radio, and a DVD player/Ipod docking station for those cosy winter evenings. 
Kitchen and snug - a well equipped tiled kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, slimline dishwasher, Brita water filter tap and of course a wine rack. The snug has comfy chairs and a reading light so that you can keep the chef company while they cook! 
Bathroom - superbly presented and spacious with a luxury shower, bath, washbasin and wall hung WC. 
Utility room - perfect for cleaning down those muddy dogs! The utility room is also equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a freezer.  
Master bedroom - as bedrooms go this is a cracker. Accessed from the lounge the centrepiece is a superking French-style bed and as you'd expect a wardrobe, chest of drawers (with mirror over and right next to a plug for the hairdryer - also included), bedside cabinets and Ipod/Radio Alarm Clock. 
Twin bedroom - with its nautical design references also has a wardrobe, chest of drawers (same as above), bedside cabinets and Ipod/Radio Alarm Clock as well as the comfortable continental-style twin beds (that means two single 3ft beds linked together to provide a superking sized bed but with two single duvets!) Look out for the woodcarving on the newel post! Go down the stairs from here to the dining room.
