Vacation Rental Description
The cottage will sleep 8 in 4 bedrooms and is very spacious downstairs. Entrance into a hallway with separate and understairs storage. To the left is a large open plan kitchen diner. The kitchen is well equipped with a double electric oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Just off the kitchen is the utility room with access into the garden. The utility room has a washing machine and a dryer. Next to the kitchen is a second sitting room/tv room with a TV and a wood burner. The main sitting room has plenty of seating, an open fire and double doors into the garden. Upstairs there are 2 twin rooms and another single room with a trundle bed. The family bathroom has a shower over and wc. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower. The bedroom has fitted cupboards and lovely views over the surrounding countryside. 
 
The good sized garden is grass and enclosed. 
Parking for 2/3 cars. 
 
Linen provided but not towels. 
No pets. 
No smoking. 
Central heating and hot water included. 
Short breaks - please ask.

    • Derwen is a recently refurbished cottage on the edge of the village of Brancaster Staithe. It is within easy distance of the creak for the sailing and boat trips and just up the road are the 2 village pubs the Jolly Sailors and The White Horse. Apart from Brancaster beach nearby there are plenty of other beaches accessible along the coast. As well as numerous other attractions including Sandringham, Houghton Hall and Wells-next-the-Sea.
