The beach is just across the road, and it is a short walk along the promenade to the town centre with shopping, amusements, fun-fair, cafes, restaurants, pubs and clubs. We have a bar and a car park, We have some ground floor bedrooms with easy access for guests with limited mobility. We can accept one small dog at a time. Children are made welcome, and fussy eaters catered for, as well as special diets on request. We offer plenty of choice for breakfast, and home cooked evening meals. Park View Guest House is open all year roundand in winter you can enjoy a drink in the cosy bar around a real coal fire. The area is full of attractions and entertainments, and the sea has a blue flag award for cleanliness, and lifeguards to ensure safe swimming and beach fun in the summer.
Lincolnshire is on England's east coast and is perfect for a short break or a longer holiday all year round.

The beautiful beach will provide many happy hours but if you prefer a more active holiday there are several golf courses nearby. Bicycle hire is available in the town. There is a riding stable nearby. The seal sanctuary makes a visitor very welcome, or you might like beach or coarse fishing. The nearby Queens Park offer tennis courts, boating, crazy golf, bowling, putting as well as a childrens play area, an exciting childrens paddling pool as well as a miniature train. The promenade provides lovely walks with many seats or cafes along the way to tempt visitors to stay a while.

Payment method is cash or cheque. A deposit of £50 per room is required.

The price of £25 is for en-suite rooms, and a reduced rate is offered for rooms with shared facilities.
