Ashpot Cottage opens into a hallway which leads to:

Kitchen diner, with seating for 8, with american style fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, all pots and utensils, crockery and cutlery and range style gas cooker.
Lounge, with inglenook fireplace, leading through to conservatory and through patio doors to enclosed rear garden with play equipment.
Downstairs single bedroom
Stairs with half landing lead to master bedroom with cot, walk in closets and en suite shower room, with shower, twin sinks and wc
Further three bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single
Family bathroom, with cast iron claw foot bath, sink and wc.
Guest are welcome to use the main garden beyond Ashpot Cottage's enclosed garden, with further children's play area and small private fishing lake.

We also have membership of a local leisure club with swimming pool which all our guests may use, subject to availability (we have 12 membership cards at any one time).

There are 3 children's farms within 40 minutes, the biggest being Rand Farm Park, which has a variety of animals, outdoor play area and indoor play barn, go karts and shop and cafe. Also nearby are Hardys animal farm and Rushmoor country park, which all have animals and fun for all the family. The coast is half an hour away, whilst the countryside is accessible on foot.

Guests are welcome to use our private fishing lake, gardens and children's play area. There is also a laundry/library cabin which houses not only a washing machine and tumble dryer, but a freezer and a selection of DVD's, books and games for our guests to use. 3 miles away is the private health club with pool which we have a corporate membership to. Our guests (maximum 12 at any one time) are welcome to use the club at no cost, they even provide towels. The club includes a leisure pool, jacuzzi spa, steam room, sauna, gym, squash court, beauty parlour, creche and aerobics classes.

High Season Price : £950 per Week
