2 twin bedrooms.

There are heaters in the double bedroom & lobby.  
And a gas fire in the Lounge. 
Barbeque Facility 6 garden chairs. 
The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, kettle,  
Griller, toaster, fridge with small freezer compartment. 
With all cooking utensils & dining ware. 
The lounge has a 26" flat screen TV with Free view and a DVD player. 
The price includes gas and electric. 
The passes for the club facilities & swimming pool can be purchased on arrival. Pass £3-00 PP for duration of stay. 
 
No all male or all female groups. 
 
£50 security deposit is returned on satisfactory check-out inspection.
