Low Season Price : £510
High Season Price : £510 per Week

A £200 deposit is required along with a signed booking form to confirm the reservation
The balance is due 28 days prior to the arrival date. Credit card details will be debited at this point. If Selective Studios do not receive full payment at this time, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. The hirer may be liable for the balance of the total rent
When a booking is made within 28 days of arrival, the full rent is required to confirm your booking
All notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Selective Studios at the earliest opportunity. If received within 28 days of arrival the hirer may be liable for the full rental. If the property is able to be re-let then only the deposit will be forfeited. If a cancellation received more than 28 days prior to arrival then all payments received will be refunded less £100 cancellation fee
