This detached Grade II listed barn conversion is now a lovely Warwickshire holiday cottage in the grounds of the owner's 16th Century home in the village of Halford. The accommodation has many original features such as original beams and wall timbers and offers a large kitchen/diner, sitting room and a private courtyard garden for outdoor relaxation and al fresco dining. Peacefully located but close to the amenities of the village, this cottage is the perfect base from which to explore the south Warwickshire countryside, Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Garage shop and pub both 2 mins walk. The village of Halford is a rural idyll, which offers easy access to the shops, restaurants and pubs of the little market town of Shipston-on-Stour and its spectacular 17th Century church. Also within reach are Warwick's medieval castle and the fascinating ruins of Kenilworth Castle; the graceful Royal Leamington Spa; and the birthplace of the Bard - Stratford-upon-Avon - which offers Shakespeare's house, Ann Hathaway's cottage, famous theatres and historical monuments. Charmingly unspoiled and unchanged Cotswold towns and villages are well worth a visit, including Chipping Campden, Stow on the Wold, Broadway and Bourton on the Water. Walks on the Centenary Way, golf courses, horse racing and the Heritage Motor Museum are all nearby attractions which must also be experienced.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
