Vacation Rental Description

The luxurious 4 star Croft Cottage is full of charm and character and is in a small quiet village called Broom in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside.

It's just 7 miles from Stratford upon Avon and just 10 miles from the Cotswolds. It's an attractive tranquil spot, and very convenient for all the wonderful areas The Heart of England has to offer.

The Cottage is perfect for two people and has been finished to an extremely high standard, easily achieving a four star rating by the English Tourist Board. It has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room, instant hot water system and full gas central heating for cosy nights in.

There's a secluded private patio garden to enjoy, ample parking for several cars and the property overlooks open countryside. The main local attraction is Stratford upon Avon, Shakespeare's birth place, and the small villages and towns along the River Avon. Our rates are from £275 - £395. Short breaks available.
