Its location, would suit families and friends of all ages, ideal to soak up some sun, take a swim in the private pool or just relax in the beautiful surroundings .
The nearest supermarket is only 150 m, along with a selection of other shops and small restaurants. UPDATE- In Summer 2008 a larger Supermarket is opening which is only 400 m from our villa
A 15 minute stroll and you find Hisaronu which offers a variety of larger supermarkets, shops ,bars, entertainment and restaurants to suit all tastes.
A 10 minute ride on a dolmus and you arrive at the beautiful coastal resort of Oludeniz.and the famous blue lagoon which is probably the most photographed beach in Turkey
15 minutes in the opposite direction will take you to the town of Fethiye with its bustling market, larger stores and relaxing tree lined harbour.
The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region ------------------------------------ This area boasts the best weather climates with long hot summers and cool mild winters. It is a very beautiful and breathtaking part of Turkey, there is stunning scenery, secluded coves and fascinating ancient ruins. There are many places of interest and each with their own distinct appeal.
Hisaronu / Ovacik area ---------------------------- Ovacik is located between Oludeniz and Fethiye, spread out in a beautiful valley below Babadag mountain.It is popular with those who like private accommodation whilst still within walking distance of local amenities. It is ideally situated for a relaxing holiday and long country walks. There is also a good selection of small restaurants and local Tavernas serving freshly prepared food and drinks.
Hisaronu is a hill resort with many small family run hotels, shops, restaurants and bars where the locals make everyone feel welcome, it has grown into a very family orientated resort. The restaurants not only offer fine traditional Turkish cuisine but also cater for international tastes such as Italian, Mexican, Indian, Chinese and English. Meals are generally good value and usually produced with locally sourced fresh meat, vegetables and fruit. There are so many places to visit and plenty of activities that can be enjoyed by all ages .
