The apartments,ground floor/first floor are identical.Modern and very impresive they are built and furnished to a very high standard.The large kitchen diner is furnished with a 6 seated dining table and fitted with high quality appliances comprising of gas/electric fitted hob unit,fan assisted oven,fridge/freezer,extractor unit,kettle,toaster and an extensive range of kitchen utensils.
Large open plan lounge consists of 2 x 3 seater sofa beds,coffee table,satelite 28"TV,DVD/CD player and remote control air conditioning.
The bathroom has quality marble tiling throughout with Turkish bidet WC,glazed shower cubicle with sit down facility
(can be used as a bath)with adjustable pulse shower head,high quality fittings with large illuminated mirror fitted above vanity unit,hairdryer and shaving point.
Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds which can be pushed together for double,bedside table with lamp,large wardrobe,fitted wall safe,chest of drawers,remote contro airconditioning and door to external balcony.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and a wardrobe with remote control airconditioning.
A large hallway houses a fitted cupboard which contains an automatic washing machine which is available for the use of guests along with a steam iron and ironing board.
Both apartments are fully equiped for 6 people with cutlery and crockery etc and both have 2 balconies,one leading off the main bedroom furnished with patio table and chairs,the other large balcony/patio leading off the lounge furnished with large table and 6 chairs and gives direct views over the swimming pool,the ground floor patio giving direct access to the pool area and are ideal for that special outdoor breakfast,or for relaxing at night with a nice meal and bottle of wine overlooking the illuminated pool.
Both apartments are suitable for children though the ground floor would be most suitable.The same would apply for the more elderly.
OUTSIDE
The apartments are set in a beautifully maintained private complex with well tended and kept grass and gardens of Mediterranean palm trees,roses,lime,orange,lemon,grapefruit and pommegranite trees along with various colorfull flowers.The impressively clear pool is cleaned daily and can reach temperatures of 100 degrees in the summer months.
Taxis are always available just outside the apartments.
Side pronounced See-Day is one of the sunniest resorts in Turkey,with an average summer temperature of 32-40 degrees
The town has an ancient Roman ampitheatre and Temple ruins which are both illuminated at night.There are numerous bars and beautifull restaurants,especially on the waterfront by the harbour.In contrast there are 3 nightclubs,one of which has no roof,a swimming pool and a dancefloor which elevates over 3 floors.
Side has a unique and charming atmosphere which can be enjoyed by all ages.The town is woven with colorful alleyways where jewelery,designer clothes,shoe and handbag shops can be found and if you find yourself short on cash ATM machines can be found here.
The nearest town to Side is Manavgat(6km)which holds a weekly market where you can barter for goods and is the location where very impressive turquoise blue waterfalls and picknic area can be found.It is also where the large banks can found.
To the east of Side is the large fortress town of Alanya approx 1hr drive.It is the sight of a large ancient castle
and a large ocean going harbour.Many waterfront restaurants and bars can be found here along with a very large number of shops and is a very colourful sight at night.
To the west of Side is the very large town of Antalya,45mins drive.This is more of a British type modern town centre with many large shops,though is still interspersed with bars and restaurants.
All in all Side has everything to offer from historical sites,beach activities,day trips,bargain hunting and fine food with the bonus of glorious weather.

Side,known as Turkeys jewel in the crown,is well known for its long,safe,sandy beaches which are a 10 minute walk from the apartments.They host every immaginable water sport with paragliding,jet skiing,water skiing,banana boats,speed boat hire,snorkeling,diving etc.
Boat trips are available for trips along the coast to Antalya and Alanya,which include lunch and are very cheap.
Horse riding stables which are a 5minute drive away offer day and overnight treks into the mountains which are located behind the apartments.Skiing is available in the mountains during the winter months.
As the area is so full of historical sites (Side has its own 2000year old ampitheatre)many trips are available taking you to places of historical interest and really are worth going on.
Quad bike and jeep safaris are also available.
An aqua park is approximately 45minutes drive away.
Turkeys premier golf resort at Belek is a 35minute drive away.

Each apartment offers 2 airconditioned bedrooms which will sleep 6 with the use of 2 king size sofabeds in the airconditioned lounge.They are tastefully furnished throughout including a fully equipped kitchen with hob and fan assisted oven,satellite TV and balconies to the bedroom and lounge and are both located directly in front of the crystal clear swimming pool which is set in immaculately tended Mediteranean private gardens.Two self catering type shops,both less than 1 minutes walk away offer all self catering type provisions.There are also 2 restaurants /bars within a 1 minute walk away and the local shops and restaurants are approx 0.5KM (10 minutes walk)away.
The apartments are set in a peacefull,quiet part of Side,where relaxation and privacy are guaranteed.They are modern and impresive and are built and furnished to a very high standard.A free beach bus is available just outside the apartment.Sun beds and parasols are provided

Low Season Price : £200 High Season Price : £290 per Week
A non-refundable £100 per week deposit is payable at time of booking. Full balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure along with a £100 breakages deposit,which is returnable immediately on arrival back from your holiday (providing no breakages have occured) Any cancellations will be viewed sympatheticaly and every help will be provided to come to some sort of aggrement which will be ammicable to both parties,though it must be pointed out that travel insurance should be taken out once you are aware of your travel dates. Payment can be made by cheque. PLEASE NOTE-No teenagers unless accompanied by adults. No same sex groups. The nearest airport to Side is Antalya which is served by all the main UK airports and is 45mins drive from the apartments.I can arrange airport transfers for you if required.Car hire is not essential as all ammenities are within walking distance,though to fully explore the areas many sights is recommended.
