This new 60 apartment complex has a 25 metre swimming pool, bar, gym, sauna, games room, 24 hour security and a free bus service to the beach. This 2 bedroom corner apartment is situated on the first floor overlooking a quiet road. The apartment is light and airy and finished to a very high standard.

The Side area

the old town: evening performances at the Roman theater are sometimes held during the summer months and are extremely popular.

A wide range of excursions can also be booked locally, to Aspendos, Perge, Pamukkale, Manavgat waterfalls, Antalya aqua park, or for the more adventurous, scuba diving, river rafting, jeep safaris and a wide range of boat trips.

Although Side Gardens Residence is located in a quiet residential area there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Minimum Stay: 1 Week A refundable breakage deposit of £100 is required for all bookings. A non refundable deposit of £50 is required at time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before departure the whole rental cost is payable.Pay pal payments can be made.

Your apartment is perfectly located for all activities. It's not to far from the beach and peninsular (especially with the free mini bus) but nice and quiet. We had a wonderful holiday in Side.

Had a lovely holiday here in Side Gardens. The apartment is well equiped and very spacious.

Holiday Apartment In Side

Side Gardens Residence is a wonderful newly built complex, with a large impressive pool,also a child's section, it also has a games area, sauna, pool bar, and internet access.
We highly recommend you try the local food, as it is very good.
The Hawaii Dance Bar is our favourite place to eat, has very good food, and plenty of entertainment,the staff are very friendly and great fun.
There are plenty of other restraunts. bar's and entertainment in the area.
The two local beaches are approx 750 metres away, you can walk it in 10 to 15 minutes, but there is also a free beach bus if you prefer.
In Side Ancient Town their is plenty of Roman architecture,The Temple of Apollo, and a impressive Roman ampitheatre and a musuem to interest you.
We love the area so are delighted with all the local sports and the sandy beaches are wonderful with banana boats parasailing and lots more.
There are plenty of trips, try a day out on the Manavgat river, with a turkish belly dancer for entertainment,the turkish bazaars, or have a turkish massage.
