There is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with fridge freezer,,oven+hob,iron+board etc. 1st bedroom double bed,wardrobe,bedside cabinets+chest of drawers table doors leading to balcony . 2nd bedroom two single beds , wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, doors leading onto balcony. wc and shower All linen and towels included.
Smoking only on the balcony please.

    • Side is a beautiful and unique place. It is a modern seaside resort with a harbour that has a good choice of bars and restaurants to sit and relax. There are discos, and a wide choice of shops and markets for you to take your pick from.

    Side has a lot of things to offer. On the beach there is paragliding or banana boats jet skis and the more adventurous can try their hand at white water rafting, scuba diving, a jeep safari, horse riding or the aqua parks. The resort of Belek also has plenty of golf courses, so if you fancy a round then that's the place for you.
    There are also many site seeing tours to Alanya and Antalya, boat trips and market trips all booked easily and cheaply in the resort . Or you can just unwind and relax on the beach.

    But above all it is the people - always putting themselves out to help and always friendly .

    A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the apartment for your stay. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date. A security deposit of £100 will be required (at the time of the balance payment) against breakages and the return of the key at the end of the holiday. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of the end of your stay (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Cancellation Refunds • Over 6 weeks, full balance payment refunded • 4-6 weeks, 50% of balance payment refunded • 2-4 weeks 25%, of balance payment refunded • Less than 2 weeks, no refund Please note: The initial 25% deposit payment is non-refundable. The Security deposit of £100 paid will be fully refunded. (Holiday cancellation insurance is recommended) Holidays longer than whole weeks (eg. 9 days) will also be considered subject to availability and prices will be negotiated.
