FIVE STAR LUXURY PENTHOUSE situated in one of the most popular areas of Side. The development is located in a quiet friendly neighbourhood and within easy walking distance of the old town, restaurants, shops and sandy beaches. 
 
The Oasis complex is beautifully landscaped with marble paths, plenty of open space, mature trees, flower beds, lawns, fountains and statues and is centred around a magnificent outdoor circular pool with feature bridge, free sun-loungers and parasols.  
 
There is a separate shallow children's pool. The heated indoor pool is made private from the outside by a waterfall feature and is open for use all year round, ideal for winter holidays.  
 
The complex has 24-hour security and has an air-conditioned fitness room with weights, running machines, exercise bike and cross country runner, cafe-bar with pool table and table tennis, children's games area and free Wi-Fi. 
 
On entering the apartment you find a welcoming hallway leading to main living area on the left and the bedrooms and bathroom on the right. The main living area is bright, comfortable and spacious furnished with two sofas in the living area, one of which is a double sofa bed, coffee tables and satellite TV, enabling you to watch many British channels as well as a DVD player and CD player. Leading from the main living area is a very large balcony ideal for catching the afternoon sun or for those evening pre dinner drinks. For those of you who enjoy eating alfresco there is an outdoor dining area and BBQ. The balcony has views over the pool and the Toros Mountains. 
 
The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven, hob and extractor fan and plenty of storage cupboards. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, dinner service, cutlery, glasses and pots and pans. The open plan dining area has a dining table easily comfortable for seating six people for dinner. 
 
The master bedroom consists of a king size double bed, 2 double wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinets. The en-suite has shower, basin and WC. This bedroom also has its own small balcony for enjoying the early morning sun. 
 
In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds, a double wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinet. 
 
The main bathroom has a large corner Jacuzzi bath, with separate shower, WC and washbasin in a large fitted vanity unit. 
 
The apartment is WI-FI compatible. 
 
There are two large sheltered roof terraces immediately above this Penthouse apartment with stunning views over Side leading down to the sea and far reaching views of the Toros Mountains.

The coast around Side has long sandy beaches, crystal blue seas and picturesque harbours. The beach has been awarded the prestigious blue flag by the EU and the several mile long stretch is renowned for its clear water. Moving further along the coast in both directions you’ll also find areas where the cliffs tumble into the sea, many pretty villages and the archaeological remains of classical cities. Behind the coast are areas of lush vegetation and also the Toros Mountains where in the winter months you can reach ski slopes within an hour and a half.

We have installed a safe - for passports and valuables, you choose your code therefore only you can access it. In living area you'll find a veiw games and books which you are welcome to borrow. There is a DVD player and stereo. We have supplied a hairdryer in the master bedroom and have left a couple of travel plugs for your use.

We require a £100 SECURITY DEPOSIT against breakages and the return of the key. This will be refunded to you within 14 days of the end of your stay (subject to satisfactory property inspection). CHANGEOVER dates and times are flexible providing they do not clash with other bookings. Rental rates include a weekly linen change and clean. Additonal laundry and cleaning services available at an extra charge.
