Villa Marisa is a modern, well-equipped, tastefully decorated, 3-bedroom house, within 2 minutes walk of all local amenities/shops and restaurants. The Villa has its own private swimming pool, surrounded by large patio area and set within a walled garden containing a flat lawn and palms; Villa Marisa is located in a quiet but well developed area of Ovacik. Secluded and nestling in the hills with breathtaking views. The open plan living, dining & kitchen area is well equipped for all self catering needs extending to the pool patio for alfresco dining. The villa is air conditioned throughout and dual heating if required. Only 4km away is the famous beach of Ölüdeniz with its renowned Blue Lagoon. Bus services known as the Dolmus are very reliable, regular and cheap to use for both the beach and to the nearest town of Fethiye. Hisaronu the main entertainment & night life is an easy 15 minute stroll away. Villa Marisa is now open the whole year through.

Activities
Smoking is permitted in the garden & balconies. Please ensure necessary safety measures are taken with small children and non-swimmers as the pool is accessible and not fenced, it is also slippery when wet. Any damage to the property may result in the loss of security deposit.
CHECK IN is usually after 2PM however we are FLEXIBLE only if Villa is not fully booked and
CHECK OUT is at 10 am however we are FLEXIBLE only if Villa is not fully booked.

- Travel Info: The nearest international airport is Dalaman approximately 55 km and the nearest main town is Fethiye approximately 8km, however Hisaronu which is an easy 10 min walk has everything, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, money changers, banks etc. In fact you can find much of what you need just a few minutes from the villa so its very convinient.
