Vacation Rental Description
The villa has benefit of a large pool and children's pool with free sunbeds and parasols. With its own terrace and upper floor balconies it makes it a wonderful place to relax, unwind and get that perfect tan! There is also a small bar. The complex is maintianed to a high standard and offers 24 hour security. There is a hotel liaison officer to help you with any questions you may have.  
 
Guests staying in the villa may also use all of the facilities and amenities at the 4* Orka Hotel, which is only a short stroll up the road and through the back gate. These include: Fitness centre,Turkish baths, Children's club with mini disco, Evening entertainment and theme nights, Restaurant and snack bar, Cocktail and poolside bars, 3 swimming pools, one indoor, one with a children's water slide. The staff at Orka will make your stay one you will not forget, nothing is too much trouble for them. 
 
There is also the option to have a half board basis at the Orka Hotel whilst staying at the villa, which includes buffet style breakfast and a 3 course evening meal with a wide choice of dishes to suit all. The cost of this is around £8 per head per day which is good value for money and quality food. You can book this locally on arrival or we can arrange this for you. 
 
Hisaronou is about a 10 minute walk away. There are shops, vibrant bars, restaurants and a lively night life. There is also a small fair if you feel the need to get on the dodgems before you go back to the villa. Monday is market day, worth a visit. Numerous places to book coach trips, plenty of cash machines which are easy to use and a post office. The local Mosque towers above the shops and lets you know its there with its broadcasted chanting every few hours. Near the Mosque you can find Azda!! Also in Hisaronu you can find Go-Karting and Microlite flights if you want some speed thrills. 
 
On Ovacik main road (3 min walk from the villa) there are many good restaurants. Fryer Tucks is a fun place, food is well priced and if you are lucky (or not) you will be pulled up to dance with the local belly dancer. At Fryer Tucks there is free playstation and pool to keep the children happy. Along the main road there are many supermarkets and shops. 
 
Transfers can be arranged from the airport to mountain view if required.

    • Brand new villa for 2009 offering high quality accommodation furnished to high standard. Main entrance from road side, parking adjacent, walking through the hall, shower/toilet room on right. Moving into lounge diner, washing machine is located in cupboard under the stairs. Looking right toward the high quality fully fitted kitchen you will see spacious work top and an abundance of cupboards. Integrated oven and hob, microwave and toaster. Under worktop dishwasher, free standing larder fridge/freezer. Seating at large dining table for 6. Lounge has bed settee, TV and DVD. 2 patio doors lead out to ground floor terrace which is directly in front of the pool. Upstairs there are 2 twin rooms, a main bathroom, a master bedroom which has en suite. All bedrooms have balconies and have great views. The bedrooms and the lounge/dining room have the benefit of air conditioning, all floors are constructed with cooling tiled floors.

    • Down at Olu Deniz there are plenty of water sports, you can hire a pedaloe, go water skiing or hire a jetski. The Ovacik area is one of the best in the world to go parragliding. You can also go on a microlite ride around the mountain ranges. 
     
    The breath taking Blue lagoon cannot be missed, if you are lucky you will see the Loggerhead Turtles. 
     
    Nearby Hisaronu is a bustling mountain village offering many restaurants, bars, and shops.

    Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed inside the villa. Famillies and couples prefered. The Villa will be available for occupancy on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. On arrival you will be given keys from the reception team at the Orka Hotel and shown around to the villa. Reception available 24 hours 7 days a week should you require assistance. Guest relation staff are available to give local information and help with any questions you may have. Included in the rental price is: Maid service (towels and linen) once every two days, Towels and bed linen included, Electricity and water, 24 hour assistance and local maintenance team.

    We had a great time and were so impressed with the villa, pool and all the facilities. The maids, general gardener (technician) and Steve (Bar manager) at Orka Hotel were fantastic. They kept the villa and its facilities spotless and Steve kept us busy with entertainment at the hotel. The weather was great and will be considering re-booking in the future.

The cleaning and maintenance staff also around every day making sure the gardens are well kept and the villas and outside areas spotless. Its a nice touch that the villas get cleaned every other day and fresh towels and linen also get changed.     Everything from the villa to the service from the Orka staff was excellent-in fact, the best we have ever experienced!! Your villa is beautiful and was perfect for our first family holiday.
