3 Bedroom Villa in Ovacik

This Brand New Villa will be ready to rent from 1st May 2009 it is part of Orka Hotels at the Fantasic New Mountain View complex with its Olympic size swimming pool. The photos shown of the interior are from another Villa, to show room sizes. 
 
Turtle Villa is our first holiday home abroad, and we hope you will enjoy your stay in our modern, high spec, fully equipped accommodation sleeping up to 8 people (see full details in Facilities section below). The Villa is idyllicly situated overlooking the Babadag Mountain with spacious verrandas and outside seating areas to dine al fresco or just relax whilst taking in the view. It also benefits from a superb Olympic sized swimming pool and peaceful location. Although the hustle and bustle of the nearby resort of Hisaronu is a 10 minute walk away, and the wonderful beaches and lagoon of Olu Deniz are just 10 minutes by Dolmus 
 
All guests staying at the villa are welcome to use all the facilities and amenities at the 4* Orka Hotel, which is only a short stroll up the road. These include, a Turkish Bath which is around £10 for a wonderful exfoliating scrub followed by soft bubbles to wash away the stress and finally a sulphur mud face pack to rejuvenate the skin. I can highly recommend this treatment, I was wonderfully relaxed after, as well as preparing my skin for a fantastic tan. There is also a free Children’s Club run by a professional and enthusiastic team should you wish to have a break during the day time.  
 
There is also the option to have a half board basis at the Orka Hotel whilst staying at the villa, which includes buffet style breakfast and a 3 course evening meal with a wide choice of dishes to suit all. The cost of this is around £7 per head per day which is excellent value for money and superb quality food. You can book this locally on arrival or we can arrange this for you. 
 
This is a Brand New Villa and will have its first guests in 2009, it offers luxury 5* accommodation for up to 8 guests. It has a light and airy open plan living area with large Veranda overlooking the beautiful Olympic sized swimming pool. It also offers a good sized children’s pool to keep the little ones happy.  
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons (dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave etc, ) and a spacious dining area. The living room comprises a bed settee for a further 2 guests with a downstairs wc and shower room off the hallway. The flooring throughout is a cooling marble but should you need it all bedrooms are fully air conditioned as is the main living area . 
 
Moving up the marble staircase there are 3 bedrooms and one main bathroom, the master bedroom has an en-suite with shower and is again a spacious room with double bed. It has a stunning aspect view of Babadag Mountain from the window and its balcony, during the winter months these Mountain peaks are capped with snow! 
 
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are both twins and all bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The 2nd bedroom also has a balcony with lovely views down the valley towards Olu Deniz. 

The Mountain View complex is maitained to a very high standard and provides a safe and carefree environment for your family holiday. The site has 24 hour security. Use the covered terrace as an ideal place to dine, barbecue and relax. There are also grassed areas surrounding the villa where the children can play

This area of Turkey is famous for its Blue Lagoon at Olu Deniz, most photographs promoting Turkey include a picture of this area, where if you are lucky as my family were on our last visit you can snorkel in the crystal blue waters marvelling at the splendour of a mother Loggerhead turtle swimming with its infant, it’s an image I will never forget neither will my family. 
 
The backdrop to this picturesque scene is the impressive Babadag Mountain soaring to a height at its peak of 1969m and is rich in flora and beautiful Acer trees so great for the walkers amongst you. The mountain is used throughout the year by Para gliders from around the world for its great thermals and fantastic views and if you’re not an expert to can experience this with an expert on a tandem flight for around £50 incl insurance. 
 
There are many water sports in the area from hiring speedboats to diving with PADI qualified instructors.
