Beautiful roomy Apartment, newly built in 2007,set at the foot of the Babadog mountains,in a peaceful location with lovely veiws,yet really convenient for all your needs,with shops, bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Public transport is just a stride away, with buses that take you to the beach,which is 10 minutes in one direction, and the harbour town of Fethiye, which is 15 minutes in the other direction. The apartment is on two floors, with the open plan living room/kitchen on the ground floor, and the bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower floor. The kitchen is very well equipped for the self catering holidaymaker, with full cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave, toaster,kettle, and full range of pots and pans etc.There is also satelite TV in the lounge. There is also a wc with wash basin on this floor, there is air conditioning in all the rooms. There are three bedrooms,each with wardrobes and drawers, one of the bedrooms is en-suite, with a shower & wc adjoining,there is also a family bathroom with bath & shower on this floor.
There is a large balcony,with patio furniture for those who wish to dine outside, there are also sunbeds for your exclusive use round the pool. The pool area also has a kiddies spalsh pool, there is also a grassy area round the back of the apartment. A weekly clean and laundry change is included in the price, there is also a washing machine in the kitchen for you to use as you wish. there is a safe in one of the bedrooms.
